- All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
- Work will begin once an initial deposit (as stated in the quotation) is received.
- Final payment is due upon completion of the agreed services unless otherwise stated in writing.
- We reserve the right to suspend work for delayed or incomplete payments.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule or cancel a booking at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may attract a service fee.
5. Warranty and Liability
- All installations are covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty, excluding damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, or natural disasters.
- Elikev Solutions is not liable for data loss, equipment malfunction, or damages caused by third-party products.
6. Product Sales
Products sold through our shop (online or in-store) are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Returns or exchanges must comply with our return policy and be supported by proof of purchase.
7. Service Access and Site Requirements
Clients are required to provide safe and adequate access to the site during installations.
Any delays caused by restricted access may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
